Abstract
Article is dedicated to study the specifics of strong-willed regulation to personalities Russian and Chinese student as cross-cultural of the problem facility technology of the situational centre. The Author presented manifestations of strong-willed regulation to personalities Russian and Chinese student of the first course. Role of the situational centre is shown in formation of strong-willed regulation to personalities.
